When you use the Actual Cash Value Estimator, we temporarily store the vehicle parameters you submit locally on your own browser, and send an anonymous diagnostic ping to our servers. This includes:

• Location Data: The general provincial/territorial selector used for the estimate.
• Results: The calculated value generated by our mathematical engine.

What Is NOT Collected

We do not collect personally identifying information unless you explicitly provide it (such as filling out a future contact form). We do not silently collect:

• Your Name
• Your Email Address
• Your Phone Number
• Your specific home address

The Purpose of the Data

The anonymous usage logs are utilized strictly for improving tool accuracy and analytics. By keeping a pulse on the average estimated payouts across various provinces or vehicle types, we can continuously refine our mathematical engine and introduce better features. The data stored locally on your device simply exists to instantly auto-populate the form for your convenience when you return.

Future Updates & Features

MyPolicium may eventually introduce new platform features, such as connecting you with formal appraisers or requesting definitive quotes. If and when these features require personal contact information, they will be strictly opt-in and handled with explicit consent at that time.
